RANCHI, India, May 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 8:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No.246 of 2023, for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 506 IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur.
