SHIMLA, India, May 2 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on April 2:

Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017 alongwith connected matter, titled as Taj Mohammad and Ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., decided on 03.08.2023. He further submits that petitioners shall be content in case the respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioners in a time bound manner in light of judgment ibid.
