SHIMLA, India, May 2 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on April 2:
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has primarily prayed for the following relief:
"i. That respondent No. 4 may be ordered to revise pension of the petitioner and pay him other retiral benefits also, as per the communication date 5.6.2023, Annexure P-1, with all consequential benefits."
