GUWAHATI, India, April 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on March 27:
Heard Mr. S.Mitra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.B.Gogoi, learned Addl.P.P. for the State. Also heard Mr. M.Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 i.e. the Federal Bank. Mr. S.M.Barbhuiyan, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4.
It is submitted by Mr. M.Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 that the Federal Bank has received two complaints i.e.one from Karnataka and the other from Assam and as per report, the Federal Bank has received only one report pertaining to Karnataka whereas they did not receive any report in connection with Assam and as such seeks for some time.
Prayer is allowed.
