GUWAHATI, India, May 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 8:
Heard Mr. B Chakravarty, learned counsel for the applicant.
Issue Notice.
Applicant shall take steps for service of notice on the respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 by registered post with A/D and other usual process.
In regard to service of notice on the respondent nos. 4,5 and 6, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the said respondents have been informed.
List after four weeks.
Till returnable date, both sides shall maintain status quo as on today in respect of the suit property.
