GUWAHATI, India, May 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 8:

Heard Mr. J. Patowary, learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. A. Chaliha, leaned Standing counsel, Finance Department as well as Ms. M. Bhattacharjee, learned Government Advocate submit that we have received the instructions in the main writ petition and pray for 2 (two) weeks' time to file affidavit.

Accordingly, list this case on 26.04.2024 in terms of order dated 01.04.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 7054/2023, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
