It appears from the record that on 28.02.2024, notice was issued.
Mr. M Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that an affidavit-in-opposition has been filed.
List the matter again on 26.04.2024.
The Registry shall ensure that the affidavit is brought on record.
This Court has also taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the execution in respect of the Title Execution Case No.53/2018 has already been carried out and the Nazir has also submitted a report on the basis of which the execution proceedings has been closed vide order dated 06.03.2024.
