In view of the order passed today in I.A. (Civil) No. 1072/2024, let Smt. Prayashi Gautam, Executive Officer, Biswanath Chariali Municipal Board, Biswanath Chariali, District- Biswanath Chariali, Assam, be impleaded as partyrespondent No. 2 in the present contempt case.
Issue notice to the respondent No. 2.
The petitioner to take steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D within 1 (one) week.
List the matter after 4 (four) weeks.
The petitioner is directed to file an amended Cause-Title within a period of 1 (one) week from today.
