GUWAHATI, India, May 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 8:
Mr. R.C. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the name of his client has been correctly recorded in the certified copy of the Court order furnished by the Registry. Therefore, he does not want to press this I.A. any further.
Mr. D. Upamanyu, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam as well as Ms. D. Jain, learned standing counsel, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Assam are present and have not objected to the said submission.
In view of the above, this I.A. stands disposed of as not pressed.
