GUWAHATI, India, April 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on March 27:
Mr. A Ikbal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to take steps upon the sole respondent by Dasti mode.
Taking into account the above, this Court fixes the matter on 06.05.2024.
In the meantime, the petitioners are directed to effect Dasti service upon the sole respondent routed through the Registry of this Court and to file an affidavit of service on or before the next date fixed.
List accordingly.
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date fixed.
