Heard the learned counsel Mr. S. Banik appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State of Assam/Respondent No.1.
On 23.03.2023, this Court stayed further proceeding of PRC No.1531 of2019 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar until further orders.
Thereafter, in view of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. V.
