The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 14-12-2022 seeking the following information according to the CEWC letter no.30805/MACP/E- inc/6473/E1(DPC) Dt. 12 Nov 2022 (copy enclosed):
"(i) Provide a copy of DOP&T letter no.35034/1/97-Estt(D) (Vol IV) Dt. 10 Feb 2000.
