Aligarh, April 18 -- Dr. Asif Ali, Associate Professor in the Architecture Section of the University Polytechnic, Aligarh Muslim University delivered an online lecture at Traditional Architecture Gathering (TAG-24), organized by the Classic Planning Institute, USA.

Delivering his talk on the theme of "Climate Adaptation Techniques in Mughal Gardens and Buildings", he delved into various aspects of Mughal architecture, focusing on elements such as courtyard planning, evaporative cooling, natural ventilation, thermal mass, shading devices, jaali (lattice screens), and microclimate control.
