New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Heman Soren is not the owner of the BMW car confiscated from his Delhi premises and belongs to a Congress Rajya Sabha MP, who hit national headlines last year after recovery of heaps of cash from his property, media reported citing sources in the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Sahu's premises were raided by Income Tax officials in December and Rs 351 crore in cash was recovered.

As visuals of tax officials counting the piles of cash had appeared on TV screens, the BJP attacked the Congress on the issue.

Sahu also claimed that the recovered money belonged to his liquor business firm and was unrelated to the Congress.
