Manipur, April 25 -- General observer appointed by Election Commission of India (ECI) for 2-Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency Ujjwal Kumar accompanied by Expenditure Observers for 2-Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency Bhartendu Kumar Singh IDAS and Gaurav K Singh on Wednesday visited Churachandpur to take stock of poll preparations in Pherzawl and Churachandpur.

The election observers visited Peace Ground in Tuibong to witness second phase dispersal of polling teams for 55-Tipaimukh and 56-Thanlon Assembly Segments of Pherzawl.

The dispersal of polling personnel for the 78 polling stations in Pherzawl district which began on Tuesday was completed by Wednesday afternoon.
