Manipur, April 19 -- Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Friday cast his vote for the 1 - Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency (GEN) at the 2/16 Srivan Higher Secondary School Polling Station and expressed hope that the BJP for Inner and NPF for outer would surely win.

Voting for the first phase of the Lok Sabha polls began at 7 am on Friday with over 15 lakh voters deciding the fate of four candidates in the inner constituencies and six candidates for outer Manipur. The second phase voting will take place on April 26 in the state.
