Hyderabad, Feb. 19 -- Former Union Minister Killi Krupa Rani met YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the latter's residence on Tuesday.
She would formally join the party at Amaravathi on February 28.
Speaking to media after the formal meeting, the BC leader from Srikakulam district said that she was impressed with the style of functioning of Mr Reddy and his commitment for the welfare of marginalised sections of the society.
His BC Garjana recently and the announcement he had made have inspired many people of the BC community and promise of allocating Rs 75,000 crore for BC welfare in five years is a landmark decision, she said.
