Shimla, Jan. 10 -- Himachal High Court on Thursday deferred the hearing on a bail petition filed by former Superintendent of Police DW Negi to March 11.
Negi was arrested for custodial death of one of the Kotkhai rape accused. The CBI had arrested Negi on November 16. He contended, in his bail petition, that the investigation was complete and nothing was to be recovered from him.
After hearing the matter for some time, Justice Sandeep Sharma listed the matter for further hearing on March 11.
