Agartala, Jan. 16 -- The 15th Finance Commission panel led by it's Chairman Dr N K Singh to hold multi-phased discussion with the state government and other stakeholders here in three days visit begins today to decide the quantum of gap grant for Tripura for 2020-25.
The 15 members panel will have separate discussion with the panchayatraj institutions, Tripura tribal areas autonomous district council, different political parties, chief minister and council of ministers to assess the anticipated financial liabilities of the state for next five years.
They will also hold discussion with the trade, commerce and industry bodies of the state.
