New York, Jan. 16 -- Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) was celebrated at the Indian Consulate General in New York on January 12 where 14 people were recognized for their contributions to the community.
Awardees included Ramesh Patel, Chairman of FIA (NY/NJ/CT); Smriti Khanna, the former President of the Association of Indians in America (AIA-NY); Rajendra Bafna, Vice Chairman and Secretary of Jaipur Foot.
