NEW DELHI, Jan. 16 -- A 22 year-old man preparing for the competitive examination has been arrested by the Delhi Police for allegedly sending an email last week to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's office threatening to kidnap the AAP leader's daughter. The man wanted to draw the attention of a high-profile person in order to get better treatment for his psychiatric issues, police said.

The man identified as Vikas Rai was arrested from Rae Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.
