Manila, Jan. 7 -- The provincial government of Camiguin unveiled three local historical sites on Monday as part of its 51st founding anniversary. The three sites -- the Bonbon Church Ruins, Sunken Cemetery, and Moro Watch Tower -- were declared by the National Historical Commission last December as National Cultural Treasures. Gov. Maria Luisa Romualdo underscored the preservation of local historical sites, calling on teachers around the province to teach young people on the value of their heritage.
