Bhubaneswar, Jan. 12 -- The fourth edition of Tata Steel Bhubaneswar Literary Meet (TSBLM) kicked off here on Friday. The three-day literary fest was inaugurated by renowned poet Jayanta Mahapatra in presence of several noted dignitaries.
