Sambalpur, Jan. 17 -- Labourers working at an under-construction over bridge near the district collector's office had a narrow escape from death today after a guardwall fell off while being fitted to the over bridge by two cranes.
According to an eyewitness, an iron guardwall was being fitted above a pillar of the over bridge when it suddenly detached from the cranes and fell on the ground. However since there was no people near the spot, no one was injured during the incident.
