Bhubaneswar, Jan. 18 -- The examination for the post of ASO, conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) exam will be held on the scheduled date of January 20 after Orissa High Court rejected a plea seeking postponement of the examination.
According to sources, the Orissa High Court today denied a stay on the OPSC ASO exam scheduled on January 20, which was sought on grounds that the date clashed with Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Main and Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Second Stage exams.
Considering the clashing of dates, some of the students had filed a petition in the High Court seeking postponement of the examination to a future date, sources said.
