Maseru, Jan. 15 -- Mr Makhotla Chele, a poultry farmer with over 350,000 chickens hosted a one day training workshop for aspiring farmers and those already in the sector to impart his skills on poultry projects.

Chele says the initiative to impart poultry skills was provoked by his appreciation for Lesotho as his home country, "I am holding these trainings out of my own will after realizing that many Basotho are unemployed."

He emphasized the importance of knowing how to take care of poultry in order to succeed in the project.
