President of the Peoples Democratic Party and the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti has been apologizing for the mistakes which she committed when she ruled the state.
Mehbooba on the occasion of third death anniversary of her late father Mufti Mohammad Sayeed apologized for her "toffee and milk" remark hoping that it would swing the pendulum in her favour but many people were not impressed by her apology.
