Jakarta, Jan. 15 -- Indonesia's exports stood at US$14.18 billion in December 2018, falling 4.89 percent compared to the previous month or 4.62 percent compared to the same month of 2017, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).
"Exports in December 2018 declined due to a drop in non-oil/non-gas exports, while oil and gas exports rose 27.34 percent," BPS Chief Suharyanto said here on Tuesday.
Non-oil/non-gas exports in December 2018 reached $12.43 billion, down 8.15 percent compared to November 2018 and 7.01 percent compared to December 2017, he stated.
