JAMMU, April 27 -- Continuing its special drive to tighten the noose of bootleggers, drug peddlers and other criminals , J&K Police has recovered huge quantity of illicit liquor In Darai area of Gandoh .
Giving details Police said that based on a specific information regarding manufacturing of illicit liquor, a police team of Police Station Gandoh headed by SHO Gandoh Inspector Parvaiz Ahmed Khanday assisted by PSI Avinash Khajuria under the supervision of SDPO Gandoh sh Rajkumar raided the house of one Jai Ram s/o Dharam Chand r/o Darai Tehsil Gandoh and during search, 40 litres of Lahan 05 Ltrs of illicit liquor, and apparatus was recovered from the spot.
