REASI, Feb. 11 -- In a concerted effort to combat the scourge of drug abuse, Reasi District Police has intensified its drive, yielding yet another significant breakthrough. A police team from the Katra Police Station, during routine foot patrolling near the Katra Railway Station, apprehended an individual acting suspiciously earlier today.
The apprehended individual has been identified as Sudharshan Singh, son of Sunder Singh, hailing from Trintha, Reasi. Upon thorough frisking of the bag carried by Sudharshan Singh, the police discovered a substance resembling heroin, weighing approximately 8.2 grams.
