JAMMU, April 18 -- Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Thursday asserted that the central government led by PM Narendra Modi brought over 25 crore souls out of dingy state of poverty.

The BJP stalwart was addressing an election rally here at Indira Colony in Shastri Nagar locality falling in Ward No. 20. Asha Sharma organised today's programme in which Vinay Gupta, senior BJP leader, Jaideep Sharma Ex Corporator, Narinder Koki District Vice President and Bharat Bhushan Mandal President were present.
