JAMMU, April 29 -- Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister today released a book titled "Atimnirbhar Betiyaan" authored by Nisha Kapoor during a function held at Press Club Jammu.
The event was chaired by Padma Shree Jatinder Udhampuri, Sahitya Academy Awardee, distinguished Dogri poet, and former Director AIR. Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, was the Chief Guest. Nirmal Vinod, an eminent Hindi and Dogri poet and Sahitya Academy awardee, graced the occasion as a Special Guest.
