JAMMU, May 8 -- Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board, took center stage at the Inam Conference held at the Shrine Complex of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah (RA) during her tour to Rajouri.
