JAMMU, May 8 -- Jammu police tightening noose against bovine smugglers under operation Kamdhenu Police party of PP Pounichak has foiled bovine smuggling bid in which 02 bovines were rescued and 01 vehicle Mahindra bearing registration number JK02CX 5738 seized from Pounichak area. Accused Driver fled away from the spot taking advantage of darkness. In this regard, case FIR under relevant sections of law have been registered in PS Domana, further investigation of the case is in progress.
General public have appreciated the tough measures taken by police against Bovine smugglers.
