Dar es Salaam, April 24 -- ZANZIBAR: As the nation celebrates 60 years of the Union, President Hussein Mwinyi is expected to grace the Union forum organized by Zanzibars Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and Dr Salim Ahmed Salim Centre for Foreign Relations (SAS-CFR) to discuss various issues related to the Union.

Dr Jacob Nduye of SAS-CFR told journalists yesterday that organizing the forum jointly reflects our agreement to strengthen collaboration in various areas, including research and education development.
