Sri Lanka, March 22 -- After a nearly two year lull due to Covid pandemic and economic downslide, most of the foreign funded projects are to be resumed and Sri Lanka looking towards initiating new joint ventures and public-private partnerships with friendly countries. While longstanding development partnerships with China and India, two Asian economic giants are continuing, Sri Lanka is earnestly looking at enhancing development cooperation with Eastern economic-front-runners, Japan and Korea too.
