Sri Lanka, April 25 -- One kilo reduced by Rs.250 to 300 :
400g pack reduced by Rs.100 to Rs.140 :
The Milk Powder Importer's Association said that the price of imported milk powder from New Zealand will be reduced from today (25).
Accordingly, the price of a one kilo of imported milk powder packet will be reduced by between Rs.250 to Rs.300, the association said.
They further said that the price of a 400 grams imported milk powder packet will be reduced by between Rs.100 to Rs.140 from today. Therefore, consumers can expect concessions ranging from Rs.100 to Rs.140 on 400 grams milk powder packets and Rs.250 to Rs.300 on 1 Kg packets.
