India, April 24 -- JLR is expected to unveil the Range Rover Electric for the global market later this year. However, before that, the all-electric version of the already-on-sale ICE-powered SUV (Rs 2.39 crore) is undergoing rigorous testing across a range of climates and temperatures, from -40degC in the Arctic Circle to +50degC in the Middle Eastern deserts. The manufacturer has officially released the first test images of the electric SUV cruising through snow in Sweden's Arctic Circle. Visually, the electric prototype looks a lot like the ICE-powered Range Rover. It has an all-black paint job.
