India, April 26 -- Kawasaki Versys-X 300 has been spotted undergoing testing in India recently. The model was available for purchase in our market before the implementation of the stricter BS6 norms in 2020. On the mechanical front, the Ninja 300's 296cc engine, will power the Versys X-300 as well. According to several industry reports, the Japanese bikemaker intends to develop the bike locally for the Indian market. Following the Ninja 300 and W175, this will be Kawasaki India's third locally assembled motorcycle. Expect comparable degrees of localisation to the Ninja 300, including body panels, features, tyres, engine, and other components.
