Semarang, April 29 -- The Executive Board of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) reminded the new government to not easily change the existing educational curriculum in schools.

"We always see that (with) every change (of government), there is a new curriculum. The new cabinet then evaluates it," General Chair of PGRI Prof. Unifah Rosyidi said here on Sunday (April 28).

Rosyidi delivered the statement while opening the V Provincial Working Conference of PGRI Central Java for the XXII Period that took place at the Semarang PGRI University Hall.

According to the Jakarta State University (UNJ) professor, changing or replacing the education curriculum is actually not important.
