Jakarta, April 29 -- Indonesia is ready to showcase its well-running water conservation programs at the 10th World Water Forum (WWF), scheduled for May 18-25 in Bali, an official at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry said.

"We will focus on promoting concrete actions," said M. Saparis Soedarjanto, the ministry's Director of Watershed, in Jakarta on Monday.

"We have been implementing programs for the upstream sector and have identified the best practices that have been implemented successfully on the field," he added.

He said that the experience-sharing plan is in line with Indonesia's principle of demonstrating concrete examples by genuinely carrying out programs.
